As the only pre-optometry club at UC San Diego, Insight acts as a resource for students interested in the field of optometry.  Insight holds general body meetings every quarter, providing valuable information about optometry schools, OAT, admissions, and more. In addition to GBMs, Insight also invites optometry school representatives, current OD students, and practicing optometrists of various specialties to come speak about their programs & experiences—giving students a wide range of exposure. Social events are held throughout the year for members to mingle and build connections with others of similar interests and goals.
